Responsibilities:
Operate production and packaging equipment according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
Perform assembly, filling, packaging, labeling, and inspection tasks to ensure products meet quality standards.
Monitor production processes and report equipment issues, product concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Perform quality checks including visual inspections, measurements, and documentation of production information.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and production areas.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials or finished products as needed.
Complete production paperwork, checklists, and basic documentation accurately.
Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of materials.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment.
Previous experience in food, beverage, dairy, or consumer goods manufacturing.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety practices.
Experience with production documentation and quality inspections.
Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to identify problems and assist with process improvements.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
Ability to follow safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
