Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Responsibilities:
Assemble wooden frames, wall panels, or roof and floor trusses according to production schematics.
Safely operate pneumatic tools (air nail guns, staplers) and hand tools (hammers, tape measures).
Move, stack, band, and load finished components onto staging carts or storage areas efficiently.
Perform continuous quality inspections on finished materials to ensure precise measurements and dimensions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation while communicating actively with your team.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 2:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience in general labor, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing (willing to train motivated candidates!).
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
Comfort working in non-climate-controlled, hands-on manufacturing environments.
Ability to comfortably and safely operate both hand tools and pneumatic tools.
Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and punctual attendance.
