Responsibilities:
- Operation and control of process equipment such as reactors, dryers, and packaging technology
- Loading and staging raw materials to production areas and equipment
- Following Batch Sheet SOPs regarding cycle time, temperature, and flow rate
- Packaging of intermediates and final products through automated and manual equipment
- Utilizing computer and control room operations to direct processes
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA and Quality Standards
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workplace
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver???s License (Required)
- Ability to work a rotating swing shift (days, evenings, and overnights including weekends)
- Ability to follow OSHA standards for wearing a respirator (clean-shaven) and LOTO procedures
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding English instructions
- Comfort working on and around chemicals and moving mechanical parts
