- Conducts market, member, and product analysis to understand sales potential, market conditions, and opportunities for growth- Uses tools such as Google Analytics, BlastPoint, HubSpot data, and internal reports to identify trends in member behavior, product interest, and channel performance- Translates findings into clear, practical recommendations that support positioning, targeting, and campaign planning- Serves as the primary owner of marketing reporting and analytics, including recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and the Board- Tracks and reports on all marketing and donation expenses by market and campaign, providing monthly variance reports and forecasts- Lead the development and ownership of marketing campaign goals and objectives in partnership with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities- Conduct benchmarking analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to expand and optimize marketing initiatives- Develops and maintains dashboards and summary reports that highlight key results, trends, and recommended next steps rather than only raw numbers- Supports marketing campaigns by defining measurement plans, tracking results, and producing post-campaign analyses- Evaluates media and advertising results, including post-buy analysis, and recommends adjustments to targeting, channel mix, or spend to improve ROI- Assists with direct marketing initiatives by analyzing target audiences, validating lists, and measuring response and yield- Monitors website and HubSpot performance, including traffic, visitor flows, conversion behavior, and product interest- Incorporates digital performance metrics into monthly reports and campaign summaries- Shares data-backed suggestions to improve engagement and conversion- Collaborates with Marketing, Lending, Branches, IT, and third-party partners by providing data, requirements, and clear measurement criteria- Prepares data and insights to support presentations, cross-functional projects, and strategic planning discussions- Communicates analytical findings in a way that is understandable to non-analytical audiences, focusing on what the data means and what actions are recommended- Supports marketing-led events as needed in an "all-hands-on-deck" capacity, for approximately 10 events per year- Assists with occasional branch visits to help ensure marketing materials and campaigns are properly represented

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, statistics, data analytics, or a related field.- n3-5 years of professional experience preferred, with at least 1-2 years involving data analysis, reporting, or marketing analytics.- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., email, web analytics, or CRM systems) preferred.- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for credit union events, up to 10 events per year.- Valid Montana driver's license and good driving record, plus the ability to maintain insurability under Whitefish Credit Union's vehicle insurance policy.- Follows all Credit Union, Montana, and Federal information privacy guidelines.- Adheres to all Credit Union policies and procedures.- Protects member and Credit Union confidential information.- Reports to work on time and as scheduled.- Performs other duties as assigned.
