Compensation and schedule:
Pay rate: Starting pay is $17 per hour.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Mandatory overtime (4 hours) is required either before/after shifts and/or Saturdays when needed for production.
Responsibilities:
- Logistics support: You will unload incoming trucks containing raw materials and packaging supplies, making sure to retain samples of each lot for our Quality Control team.
- Inventory flow: You'll be responsible for pulling stock for production machines and returning any unused materials to their correct bins.
- Documentation: Accuracy matters, so you will record all material transactions on the appropriate control sheets.
- Packaging and shipping: You will shrink-wrap pallets or strap 12' products and deliver them to the shipping department, as well as load trucks with empty Gaylords or bleeders.
- Site maintenance: To keep us safe and efficient, you will assist with general housekeeping, including sweeping, trash removal, and keeping all materials in their designated locations.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
- Detail oriented: Ability to accurately record transactions and identify specific lot samples for Quality Control.
- Organization: Proven ability to keep raw materials and packaging supplies organized in proper locations.
- Communication: Ability to follow specific work assignments and safety protocols effectively.
Work environment
- Climate: This is a non-climate controlled environment where you must be able to work in hot conditions.
- Policy: This is a non-smoking and non-vaping facility.
- PPE: In addition to safety shoes, you must demonstrate the appropriate use of ear and eye protection.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as stand up forklifts (required)
- Technical skills: Experience with Inventory Management Systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to input, update, and manage inventory data accurately in computer systems.
- Physical stamina: Can step up and down from a forklift repetitively.
- Strength: You can safely lift up to 50 pounds and are comfortable with bending, stooping, and crouching as needed.
