What You’ll Do:
This is a cross-functional role. While your primary focus is operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to pick, pack, and label inventory, this is a small, local facility that succeeds because the team consistently supports one another. You will frequently transition from equipment operation to assist with manual sorting, kitting, and packaging. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights while harnessed and be physically capable of standing, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Requirements:
- High level of flexibility: willingness to learn new tasks and assist wherever needed.Reliability is critical; this small local team counts on you every day.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform continuous physical activity (bending, stretching, standing).
- Education: High school diploma or the equivalent with basic math aptitude and reading skills.
- Systems: Familiarity with scan systems and basic comfort level with computers.
- Experience: Prior warehouse and customer service experience. Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.
- Compliance: Willingness to work in a drug-free workplace and pass a 7-year criminal background screen to include federal convictions as well as a drug screen.
