We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production departments have the materials and inventory they need. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Gather and distribute materials from inventory to various departments.
Pick parts and materials for production orders.
Prepare materials for stock requisitions from Sales and other departments.
Receive completed materials into inventory and store them safely in designated locations.
Enter inventory transactions into the computer system accurately.
Print inventory documents, labels, and other required paperwork.
Use inventory software to check part status, availability, and history.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Identify potential issues and provide feedback or suggestions for improving procedures.
Follow all safety rules, company policies, and established procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
1???3 months of related material handling, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience
Experience using inventory software
Experience picking materials or parts for production orders
Experience receiving, labeling, and storing inventory
Familiarity with inventory transactions and documentation
Ability to identify inventory issues and communicate them to supervisors
Previous experience working in a team-based manufacturing environment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Ability to maintain accurate inventory records
Good attention to detail
