The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with ERP or MRP systems, and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and compliance with ITAR and DOT regulations.
Responsibilities:
Support receiving, stockroom, and shipping operations.
Accurately pull materials from stock for issuance to production.
Receive materials from vendors and enter transactions into ERP systems.
Process receipt of repair units and manage material transfers.
Prepare and ship finished goods to customers and in-process materials to outside vendors.
Verify counts, serial numbers, packaging methods, and shipping documentation.
Generate and verify invoices through MFG PRO, EDGE, and document management systems.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (ITAR compliance required).
Must live within 50 miles of Grand Rapids, MI.
1+ year of experience in logistics, shipping, or materials handling preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (Excel, Oracle, or WMS) a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing or assembly operations preferred.
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
