In this role, you will be cross-trained and assigned across core warehouse departments, including receiving, sorting, order picking, packing, and shipping prep. You will move inventory manually, verify product scans, prepare outbound customer shipments, and ensure inventory flows smoothly through the building.

Receiving & Inbound: Manually unload product cartons, unbox merchandise, verify incoming quantities against manifests, and stage inventory for stock allocation.
Order Fulfillment: Walk assigned warehouse zones with a rolling cart or bin to manually pick items according to pick sheets or RF scanner instructions.
Sorting & Staging: Sort, label, and route boxes or loose inventory to the correct processing stations, pack lines, or shipping lanes.
Packing & Outbound Prep: Inspect items for defects, pack orders into designated shipping containers, apply carrier labels, seal boxes, and stack outbound parcels onto staging pallets.
Inventory & Scanning: Operate hand-held RF barcode scanners to record item movements, update inventory status, and ensure order accuracy.
General Warehouse Duties: Break down corrugated boxes, remove packaging debris, and maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area.

Skills:
Basic familiarity with or willingness to learn hand-held RF scanners (training provided).
Strong attention to detail when reading numbers, barcodes, and order sheets.
Reliable attendance, strong punctuality, and dependable transportation to the Louisville Riverport industrial area
