Primary Responsibilities-Unloading: Manually and mechanically unload inbound freight from trailers using a Sit-down Forklift and Ride-on Pallet Jack.-Product Breakdown: De-stack, sort, and re-palletize mixed loads according to Ferraro Foods' storage standards and SKU requirements.-Quality Inspection: Check incoming products for damage or discrepancies before they are accepted into inventory.-Sanitation & Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe dock area by removing shrink wrap, wood debris, and maintain cleanliness standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications-Equipment Operation: Must be proficient in operating a Ride-on Pallet Jack and a Sit-down Forklift.-Speed and Accuracy: Ability to unload trailers quickly to keep the dock clear while ensuring product counts are 100% accurate.-Work Ethic: A "finish the job" mentality-the shift ends when the job is complete.-Adaptability: Willingness to jump in on cleaning or organizational tasks as needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
