We are seeking an organized, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Picker/Processor to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in fulfilling customer demands by accurately picking, packaging, and processing e-commerce, web, and standard distribution orders. This role handles both Parcel and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
Order Picking: Accurately pick products based on assigned pick tickets to build complete orders for delivery truck loading.
Packaging & Preparation: Pack orders securely according to specific ticket instructions.
Shipping & Processing: Process Parcel orders post-picking and packing utilizing standard shipping software and carrier systems.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment???including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks???to retrieve and move inventory as needed.
Inventory & Quality Control: Manually lift, move, restock, and repack products while diligently verifying the accuracy of data codes.
Team Collaboration: Communicate proactively with management to resolve issues, such as identifying and reporting missing items required for an order.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company and departmental safety regulations, including the consistent and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
General Duties: Execute any additional tasks or operational support functions assigned by management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
-Familiarity with major parcel shipping software and carrier networks.
-Prior experience managing multi-channel order logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and heavy LTL freight processing.

Qualifications:
-Proven ability to pick, pack, and process orders accurately under strict deadlines.
-Competency or prior experience operating standard warehouse machinery, specifically sit-down and stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.
-Physical capability to manually lift, stack, and restock goods and products continuously. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding numbers, inventory counting, and data code verification.
-Commitment to a safe work environment and strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and PPE requirements.
