As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will drive production excellence by building, wiring, and integrating complex box builds, cable harnesses, and PCB assemblies. Combining technical precision with digital savvy, you will utilize hand tools, interpret blueprints/BOMs, and navigate ERP software (Epicor) to ensure every unit meets rigorous quality and functional standards.

Responsibilities:
Precision Assembly: Build and wire complex electro-mechanical units, including box builds, cable/wire harnesses, and PCB assemblies.
Technical Interpretation: Utilize Bills of Materials (BOM) and assembly drawings to guide builds from start to finish.
Tool & Quality Mastery: Execute intricate tasks using small hand tools (tweezers, pliers, screwdrivers) while conducting continuity checks to ensure rigorous quality standards.
Production Support: Manage the final stages of the workflow, including the functional packing, boxing, and bagging of finished products.
Other duties may be assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- 2+ years of prior experience performing mechanical assembly on PCB boards.
- Knowledge of standard electronic parts and mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience or certification in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 (standard soldering protocols).

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years related assembly experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to use various types of drivers, wrenches, torques, crimping tools, screw drivers, wire cutters, etc.
- Knowledge of fasteners such as fine thread, cross thread, panhead, flat head, Phillips head, etc.
