Responsibilities:
Perform high-precision assembly of medical guide wires using microscopes for the duration of the shift.
Operate specialized manufacturing equipment, including hydrophilic coating machinery and Tyvek pouching/bag sealers.
Utilize custom fixtures and basic hand tools to complete intricate assembly tasks.
Read and strictly adhere to blueprints, technical procedures, and quality compliance standards.
Maintain a sterile environment within the Environmentally Controlled Area (ECA/Cleanroom) by following all gowning and PPE protocols.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals while maintaining high quality-consciousness.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience working in a Cleanroom or ECA environment.
Familiarity with hydrophilic coating processes.
Strong attention to detail and a "quality-first" mindset.
Professional work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Flexibility to work overtime as required by production demands.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1???2 years of dedicated medical device assembly experience.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience using microscopes for extended periods and the ability to work with small, delicate components.
Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination for the handling of microscopic parts.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for 80???100% of the shift.
Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
