Responsibilities:
- Production & Assembly: Assemble intricate medical devices and components according to detailed blueprints, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and schematics.
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with strict medical quality standards.
- Cleanroom Protocol: Maintain a sterilized, organized work environment by strictly adhering to cleanroom gowning and sanitation procedures (gowns, masks, gloves).
- Documentation: Accurately complete production logs, quality checklists, and device history records (DHR) to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and engineering to identify process improvements or report product defects.
- Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or quality control (medical device, electronics, or aerospace experience is a major plus).
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or FDA regulations.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating digital work instructions.

- Communication: Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions, safety documents, and quality manuals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
