Job Description:
Our client is seeking a part-time medical receptionist to assist at the front desk and escort patients to the patient room.
The shifts will typically by Tuesday and Thursday with the occasional Wednesday.
Responsibilities:
- Meet patients entering the doctor's office.
- Utilize medical software checking patients in and out.
- Answering phones.
- Must be productive and quick on the feet to manage the flow of the patients.
- Other office and clerical duties.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Doctor's office experience.
Physical:
- Some minor lifting of office items.
- Sitting and standing.
Skills:
- Quickly manages tasks and manages time properly in order to complete the task.
- Time Management
- Ability to interact professionally with staff and patients.
