Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and organized person to join our front desk team! You will be the first person our patients see when they walk in. Your main goal is to make everyone feel welcome and help the office run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet Patients: Say hello to people as they arrive and help them check in.
- Answer Phones: Take phone calls, answer simple questions, and schedule appointments.
- Organize Paperwork: Help patients fill out forms and put their information into the computer.
- Take Payments: Collect co-pays (money for the visit) and give receipts.
- Keep it Clean: Make sure the waiting room looks neat and comfortable for our guests.
Education: High School
