We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Member Service Advisor for a client in the financial services industry. This role is responsible for assisting members with their financial transactions, including paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Our client is seeking a candidate who can serve as a primary point of contact for members and potential members by conducting teller transactions, explaining services, setting up new accounts, and resolving problems. These duties may be performed in person, via video banking, or by phone within the Member Support Center.

Responsibilities:
- Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and products.
- Assists members with opening and closing accounts and resolves problems within authorized limits.
- Receives and processes financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers members to appropriate departments for specific needs.
- Maintains accurate member account information on the computer system and ensures required reports are prepared.
- Performs miscellaneous tasks including filing, copying, and data entry.
- Balances cash drawer and daily transactions in accordance with established policy guidelines.
- Maintains a professional work environment and a dependable record of attendance.
- Provides prompt, accurate, and professional service to all members in the lobby or via telephone.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
- Proven ability to produce loan documents and reports with no unresolved errors.
- Experience promoting a sales and service culture and keeping management informed of key operating issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve internal and member inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- A high school education or GED.
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard.
- Strong communication skills required for conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and tact.
- Must be proficient with numbers and names to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Ability to work and travel to different locations as determined by management.
