As a Milk Receiving Operator, you will monitor tank levels, temperatures, and product flow while performing routine quality checks, system cleanings, and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor milk receiving equipment, transfer systems, pumps, and valves.
-Receive incoming milk deliveries and transfer fluid into designated storage silos and tanks.
-Track tank levels, temperature controls, and intake flow while maintaining accurate receiving logs.
-Assist with equipment start-ups, shutdowns, routine washouts, and minor mechanical troubleshooting.
-Maintain clean work areas and follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
-Collaborate closely with processing, sanitation, and quality assurance personnel to keep operations running on schedule.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-Previous experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing.
-Familiarity with food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), or sanitation guidelines.
-Mechanical aptitude or comfort with basic equipment adjustments and washdown procedures.

Qualifications:
-Ability to work a rotating schedule. Rotating Shifts (Week 1 Day Shift: 6:00 am???2:15 pm | Week 2 Night Shift: 6:00 pm???2:15 am)
-Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and move actively for the full shift in an industrial facility.
-Strong attention to detail, basic record-keeping ability, and clear communication skills.
-Solid commitment to workplace safety, team collaboration, and reliable attendance.
