Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Safely set up and operate production machinery according to project specifications.
Quality Control: Perform regular part inspections to ensure output meets blueprints and customer requirements.
Technical Math: Perform basic calculations to adjust machine settings and verify dimensions.
Maintenance: Keep equipment clean and perform routine checks to maintain proper operating standards.
Reporting: Document production numbers and communicate any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervision immediately.
Lean Participation: Contribute to 6S and Lean manufacturing initiatives to help create a more efficient workspace.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Skills:
Work Ethic: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and a commitment to shop safety.
Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a shop floor environment.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
Mathematical Proficiency: Strong basic math skills are essential for successful machine setup and part verification.
Precision Tools: Previous experience using calipers and micrometers is a major plus.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and work instructions.
