Molder I - 3rd Shift
Responsibilities:
Operate molding, mixing, pressing, and production equipment
Monitor machines and production processes
Follow production and safety procedures
Inspect finished products for quality
Load and unload materials as needed
Complete production records and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow work instructions and production schedules
Work with team members to meet daily production requirements
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience operating presses, molding machines, mixers, or similar equipment
Experience working with industrial machinery
Previous experience with quality inspection
Familiarity with production procedures and safety practices
Mechanical or technical aptitude
Previous experience working on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work the assigned shift and maintain reliable attendance
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate production equipment
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain attentive to quality
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Ability to lift, carry, stand, and move throughout the production area as required
