As a Post-Construction Cleaning Specialist, you are responsible for the final transformation of a construction site into a move-in-ready space. Responsibilities:
Site Remediation: Efficiently remove construction debris, trash, and hazardous materials to prepare the site for deep cleaning.
Detailed Surface Restoration: Deep clean floors, windows, and cabinetry; expertly remove construction-specific residue like paint splatter, drywall dust, and scuff marks.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous "white-glove" detailing to ensure the project meets the high-quality standards required for final architectural inspections.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to site-specific safety protocols and consistently utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Mobile Operations: Maintain a punctual schedule while traveling to various job sites as project locations shift.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Specialized Expertise: Prior experience specifically in post-construction cleaning or industrial restoration.
Detail Orientation: An "eye for perfection" with experience in high-end residential or commercial turnover.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor buffers, shop vacs, or specialized scrapers).

Professional Tenure: At least 3 years of professional cleaning experience is strictly required.

Safety Consciousness: A solid understanding of site safety and the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and debris.
