We are seeking a dependable, physically active Warehouse Selector to join our night shift team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain by accurately selecting, packing, and palletizing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule: Sunday through Friday (5 days per week; Friday overtime as needed)

Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM (Unpaid 30-minute lunch break)
Note: Shift end times may extend up to 5:00 AM based on nightly workload volume.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to navigate the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Use a handheld/arm RF scanner to select, pick, and pack products accurately to build customer orders.
- Stack and organize product onto pallets to maintain order integrity during transport.
- Support general warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch, loading/unloading vehicles, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack or forklift.
1+ years of experience in order selection, general warehousing, military service, or a physically active role.
2+ years of consistent work history.
Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
Hands-on experience operating a Ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
Hands-on experience using a handheld/arm RF scanner.
Solid background in order picking, selection, and packing.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment
Active Physical Role: Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for 10?12 hours daily.
Lifting: Frequently lift 10-50 lbs
Mobility: Frequently reach up, bend, stoop, and twist while operating equipment and picking low-shelf items.
Temperature Zones: Comfortable working across varying climates, including non-refrigerated ambient areas, dry storage, refrigerated coolers, and freezers.
