Spherion Staffing has positions available in the Fargo area to install office furniture into customer worksites. This position requires loading/unloading furniture into trucks and assembling product on site.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for timely completion of the work with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction

-Review project with lead installer and /or project manager, understand scope of work and plan for completing project
-Load and unload product from delivery trucks and product from trailers shipped directly to clients
-Properly and safely assemble furniture per plan
-Perform site cleanup, remove all cartons and packaging, and ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction with the finished appearance of the site
-Maintain a positive and cooperative can do attitude especially during problem resolution and difficult situations
-Communicate with customers to inform, build trust and confidence, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience

Qualifications:
-Valid state-issued driver???s license and strong mechanical aptitude.
-Extensive experience with basic hand tools and power tools.
-Ability to read and understand floorplans, schematics, and blueprints.
-Effective verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service profile.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment at all levels.
-Ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally and push/pull 100+ lbs with assistance.
-Physical stamina for twisting, stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
-Closed-toed shoes required
