Coating Application: Apply primer, paint, and various coatings to satisfy specific customer requirements.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot all painting-related equipment, including spray guns, pressure pots, paint hoses, and spray booths.Documentation: Manage all required paperwork, such as production reports, booth inspections, mixing logs, and product identification tags.Waste Management: Monitor and control the proper disposal of paint-related hazardous waste.Production Support: Assist with loading and unloading paint lines as necessary to maintain workflow.Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in production, storage, and waste disposal areas.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 AM

Skills:
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related spray-painting position.Technical Knowledge: Must understand the proper operation of spray guns, paint pots, and spray booths.Medical Requirement: Must be able to pass Spirometer testing and wear a respirator.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally while bending, stooping, or standing.Mathematical Proficiency: Ability to count and perform simple math for production reporting.Schedule: Must be willing to work overtime as needed and arrive 15 minutes before the start of the shift.
