Various openings available across Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco counties. Candidates need a flexible schedule with the ability to accept shifts on short notice (same-day or scheduled in advance).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembly line production, basic machine operation, and material handling.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines to maintain output quality.
- Accurately pick items from inventory using order sheets or handheld RF scanners.
- Safely pack, label, and prepare products for shipment or customer store pickup.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing plant, assembly line, or retail fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout a shift.
- Comfort working in active manufacturing or warehouse settings.
