You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training directly from the retiring team member to ensure a smooth, confident transition before managing the facility on your own.

Responsibilities:
This role balances front-office customer relationship management with hands-on order fulfillment and light assembly:

Client Care & Product Support

• Serve as the main voice and face of the branch, answering client inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our specialized product offerings to provide accurate technical troubleshooting, installation advice, and product recommendations.
• Track and communicate order statuses, delivery timelines, and shipment verifications.
• Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally, utilizing attentive listening to find constructive solutions.

Assembly, Shipping & Inventory Operations

• Assemble individual hardware components, brackets, and materials into complete, custom-ready installation kits (kitting).
• Carefully inspect, pack, and label high-end products to ensure secure transit and pristine delivery.
• Receive and unload inbound inventory shipments, auditing pack slips against physical contents for complete accuracy.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and organized workspace across the front desk and fulfillment floor.

Skills:

• A history of steady, multi-year tenures in past positions, with a clear desire to put down roots in a career.

Qualifications:

• Comfort working as the sole on-site team member, managing your daily checklist efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
• Clear, professional written and verbal skills when collaborating with customers and international leadership.
• Comfort handling small assembly tasks, matching part numbers, and following product schematics.
• Ability to safely unload shipments, handle boxes, pack orders, and remain on your feet as needed throughout warehouse tasks.
