Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination: Manage daily workflows by assigning tasks, routes, and service calls to field staff based on priority, geographical location, and specific skill sets.
Real-Time Monitoring: Utilize dispatching software and GPS tools to track field progress, adjusting schedules on the fly to maintain service level agreements.
Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure clear and consistent information flow.
Incident Management: Rapidly respond to urgent issues???including delays, equipment failures, or customer escalations???and implement practical, immediate solutions.
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of assignments, service logs, time tracking, and overall operational data.
Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports summarizing key performance metrics (KPIs), service levels, and operational trends.
Working hours: 5:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Process Optimization: Experience analyzing workloads to identify inefficiencies and recommending strategic improvements.
Safety & Compliance: Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and operational procedures.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle customer escalations with empathy and professionalism.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret operational data to help drive better business decisions.
