Spherion Fargo has a need for an experienced Order Selector. The Order Selector is responsible for the accurate storing, shipping and receiving of product to meet company standards for safety, security, sanitation and productivity. Pay $21/hour
Responsibilities:
-Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
-Move product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas
-Pick orders for shipment and assembles various types of merchandise to be shipped
-Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders
-Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner, as required
-Check and verify freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation
-Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
-Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
-Conduct operations in a manner promoting safety
-Conduct sanitation functions as requested
-Assist in physical inventories, as needed

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma/GED
-A minimum of 1 year of Motorized Pallet Jack experience is strictly required
-Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
-Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction
-Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations
-Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed by the customer
-Must have attention to detail
