You will be responsible for inspecting finished products, managing automated packaging tools, and ensuring order accuracy before products hit the distribution line.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect plastic lids prior to packaging to guarantee all customer specifications are met.
- Operate and troubleshoot automated case erectors and auto-baggers, including film and ink loading.
- Safely clear product jams from automated packing machinery to maintain continuous production flow.
- Prepare and stamp boxes, ensure correct lid counts, and move completed cases onto conveyors.
- Keep the packing station clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety and 5S standards.
- Maintain accurate production tallies and properly separate spoilage from recyclable items.
- Notify supervisors immediately of any mechanical issues, supply shortages, or product defects
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- 1-2 years of previous manufacturing or general warehouse experience.
- Prior experience operating automated packaging machinery, labelers, or baggers.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly focused attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy on a fast-paced line.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to follow strict written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended production shifts (up to 12 hours).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry/lower up to 30 lbs, and push up to 250 lbs using a cart.
- Comfortable climbing case erector stairs and working in various temperature and humidity levels.
- Keen visual acuity and depth perception.
- Availability to fulfill overtime requirements as needed to meet production and distribution deadlines.
