No prior manufacturing experience is required - comprehensive training will be provided! We are looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn, work as part of a team, and build long-term career opportunities in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic production and manufacturing tasks to support daily operations.
Learn to safely operate equipment, tools, and production machinery (training provided).
Assemble, sort, package, and inspect materials according to company standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow safety guidelines and quality procedures.
Assist with material handling and general production duties.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Perform tasks similar to warehouse, order packing, assembly, or janitorial duties as needed.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, retail, food service, cleaning, or customer service is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow training instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Dependable attendance and positive work attitude.
