Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up and operate high-speed slitting, rewinding, or sheeting equipment according to specific job orders.
Quality Control: Monitor production runs to ensure paper products meet precise dimensional specifications and quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to keep equipment running at peak capacity.
Material Handling: Load raw paper rolls into machines and manage finished product output, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
Documentation: Keep accurate daily logs of production totals, material usage, and any equipment issues.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment preferred
Attitude: A team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred: Previous experience with paper converting, flexographic printing, or forklift certification is a plus.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Technical Skills: Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/32nd with high accuracy and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Forklift experience is required
