We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Polisher to join a world-class medical device manufacturing team in Warsaw. Responsibilities:
-Surface Finishing: Utilize polishing wheels, belts, and specialized hand tools to buff and polish medical-grade metals (such as titanium and cobalt-chrome) to a mirror-like or specified matte finish.
-Precision Buffing: Remove burrs, scratches, and surface imperfections while maintaining the critical dimensional integrity of the part.
-Blueprint Adherence: Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure each part meets the required finish tolerances.
-Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments and visual checks to verify that every finished piece complies with strict medical device standards.
-Machine Setup: Select and change appropriate abrasives and polishing compounds based on the material and required finish.
-Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
-Industry Experience: Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or orthopedic polishing.
-Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of polishing lathes, hand-held grinders, and abrasive materials.
-Technical Reading: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints or GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.

-Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills for reading specifications and using measuring tools.
