Spherion is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role focuses on polishing and finishing parts, performing quality inspections, and assisting with production tasks to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Operate polishing equipment to finish products according to specifications
Visually inspect parts for scratches, defects, or imperfections
Perform repetitive, fine manual tasks with precision and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Document and report quality issues to supervisors as needed
Assist production team with various tasks to meet daily goals
Ensure products meet quality and productivity standards
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience operating polishing or light industrial machinery
Prior quality inspection experience
Ability to use hand tools and small precision instruments
Hand-eye coordination
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Experience working in a team-oriented production setting

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Good eyesight (20/20 vision preferred, with or without correction)
Excellent manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive fine motor tasks
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to remain at assigned workstation for extended periods
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
