Responsibilities:
- Loading dry raw material powders into blending tanks and milling vessels to create homogenous mixtures and reduce particle size
...
- Will be responsible for loading drying ovens, loading dry mixtures into ceramic manufacturing containers for thermal processing
- Spray drying ceramic slurry mixtures on to products that are ready for the powder coating process.
- Maintaining a tidy working environment to include cleaning all processing equipment
- Complete all written and electronic documentation necessary
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 10:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience working with dry raw material powder
- Previous experience working in wet processing conditions
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift 50-60 lbs consistently
- Able to work in dusty environments as well as in wet & dry conditions.
- Must be able to use internal databases to complete the necessary documentation on a daily basis.
- This position requires an High School Diploma or Equivalent
