Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for daily production
Perform complex bend setups, including angle bends and step bends
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions accurately
Ensure proper machine programming and back gauge positioning
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify specifications
Maintain tight tolerances and ensure consistent product quality
Troubleshoot machine or production issues and make necessary adjustments
Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with high-priority jobs and support other fabrication functions as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure workflow efficiency

Skills:
Mechanical aptitude and technical understanding

Knowledge of custom and standard tooling applications

Education:
High School

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of press brake operating experience
Experience setting up and operating CNC-controlled press brakes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers, protractors)
Ability to understand and work within specified tolerances
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures
