We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Inspector to join our production team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining quality standards, inspecting products, and ensuring safe and efficient packaging operations. You will work closely with line operators, product leads, and team members to meet production goals, maintain safety protocols, and keep operations running smoothly. Both day and graveyard shifts are available. Day shift is from 6am-6:30 pm and pays $17.50 per hour. Swing shift is 6pm-6:30am and pays $19.50 per hour. These are 12-hour shifts with rotating days off. Schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on-- repeating.

Responsibilities:
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, adhere to protocols, and maintain a clean, clear work area.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks, verify that products meet specified quality standards, and ensure packaging requirements are met.
Packaging & Orders: Read and understand production orders, accurately count pieces for bundles, and perform bundle wrapping, banding, and cart setups.
Equipment & Tool Operation: Safely utilize tools and equipment required for packaging and line start-ups (e.g., tape measures, utility knives, saws).
Process Support: Perform sub-processes such as routing and notching, assist operators during line downtime, and maintain line speed and packaging supplies.
Team Collaboration: Assist with line start-ups, clean dies, string lines, assist with training new hires, and take on additional duties as requested by leadership.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM

Experience: Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.

Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Adaptable & Hands-On: Comfortable learning new processes, rolling up your sleeves, and following leadership directives.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of how product profiles fit together and ability to read production orders.
