This role operates in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a slightly dirty environment and ready to get their hands on the equipment every day.
Responsibilities:
Machine & Build Operations: Load materials, configure setups, start builds, and execute machine equipment.
Breakouts & Material Handling: Safely clear and process completed builds ("breakouts"), manage powder recycling/refilling, and transport raw materials and finished components.
Quality & Detail Work: Inspect builds and finished parts with a strict eye for detail to ensure high accuracy and zero defects.
Digital Tracking: Use shop floor software and computer systems to log job progress, monitor machine status, and maintain accurate inventory/build records.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep work stations clean and organized. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while handling fine powders and operating equipment.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills and comfort learning new machine software, inventory tracking, or production systems.
Detail-Oriented & Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple active build cycles and post-processing tasks simultaneously without sacrificing precision.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills to pass off shift updates smoothly to team leads and operators.
Comfort with Industrial Work: Willingness to work around fine powders (Nylon) and perform physical tasks in a workshop/factory environment.

Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods, perform manual post-processing/breakouts, and handle material containers up to 50 lbs.
