Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM ($17.00/hr).

Responsibilities:
As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality steel products.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Supporting slitter lines and mechanical tube mills.
Feeding metal sheets and binding tubes.
Stacking materials and racking metal products.
Conducting basic quality inspections to ensure product standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM
Skills:
- Previous experience in Metal Fabrication, Steel Manufacturing, or Warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with Metal Binding, Racking, and Material Stacking.
- Strong commitment to Safety Compliance and workplace protocols.-
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Gear: Must own and wear steel-toed boots (no cap covers).
- Stamina: Ability to stand for 100% of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs (team lifts required for anything heavier).
- Commitment: Ability to work consistent 10-hour shifts.
- Environment: Comfort working in an industrial steel center (ambient, hot, and wet conditions).
- Process: Willingness to attend a mandatory facility walkthrough prior to placement.
- Good Attendance is critical
- This is a temp to hire position
- Must pass background check and drug screen
