- 1st Shift only! 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Thursday). Enjoy three-day weekends most weeks, with occasional overtime on Fridays (5:00 am - 11:00 am).

Responsibilities:
- You will start in a foundational role, learning the primary aspects of corrugated packaging production:
- Assist in loading specialized machinery, such as flatbed die cutters and slitter machines, that shape raw material into custom packaging.
- Precision assembly of packaging materials. This involves bending and folding boxes to ensure they meet exact customer dimensions.
- Learn to measure down to 1/16 of an inch (with visual aids provided) to ensure every product is perfect.
- Manage materials typically weighing between 30-40 lbs.

- An excellent team work mentality.
Qualifications:
- You are someone who shows up on time, every time. Attendance is the #1 metric for success here.
- You must be able to follow strict safety protocols, especially regarding machine "pinch points" and material handling.
- Ability to stay engaged with your work and limit cell phone use to emergencies only.
