Join our team as a Production Team Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing and packaging of high-performance products, driving operational efficiency to ensure our products consistently deliver exceptional results for our customers. This position requires flexibility to work in either a production facility in Brooksville or a shipping operation in Dade City, which focuses on pick-and-pack orders.

Responsibilities:
- Operating production and assembly line equipment (filler, capper, sealer, tape machine, etc.)
- Ensure products are bottled, bagged, labeled, and packaged properly
- Pick and pack orders for shipping
- Help team reach daily performance goals and metrics
- Work as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
- Ability to perform basic Math
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure and deadline driven work
- Maintain space to ensure an organized and efficiency workspace

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Lift (up to 50lbs) and move products often throughout the shift frequently
- Must be able to stand for eight to ten hours per day
- Ability to operate pallet jack
- Ability to work overtime including Saturday as needed
