Responsibilities:
Perform intricate, small-scale assembly and production associate of components using specialized hand tools.
Conduct real-time quality checks to identify and correct defects or irregularities in small parts.
Maintain precise production records and equipment logs in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a fast paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Read, write, and communicate fluently in English to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure 100% compliance with product specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and strictly adhere to all safety and quality protocols.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 AM
Skills:
Experience in Precision Manufacturing or Micro-Assembly
Warehouse and Production Support Experience
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
Familiarity with Quality Control Processes
Experience with Inventory Handling and Material Preparation
Mechanical Aptitude and Troubleshooting Skills
Experience Maintaining Equipment Logs and Production Records
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Soldering or Fine Component Assembly Experience (if applicable)
Problem-Solving and Process Improvement Mindset
