Responsibilities:
Perform micro-assembly of small, precision components using tweezers, microscopes, and specialized hand tools
Conduct detailed visual inspections under magnification to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
Follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high accuracy
Maintain accurate production documentation and equipment logs following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and quality control requirements in a controlled manufacturing environment
Communicate effectively with team members and engineering support regarding production issues or deviations
Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support efficient and safe operations
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, medical device, or cleanroom environments
Experience with microscope-based inspection or micro-assembly work
Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) or regulated production environments (ISO, FDA, etc.)
Mechanical aptitude or experience using precision hand tools
Ability to quickly learn technical procedures and adapt to process improvements
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive fine motor tasks
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to follow written and verbal technical instructions precisely
Comfort working under a microscope for extended periods
Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
Reliability, punctuality, and good work ethic in a production environment
