Spherion Gainesville, FL seeks a Production Coordinator to bridge Production, Shipping, and Sales.
Newberry, FL
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5:30pm
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:
- Track orders (received/completed) to meet turnaround goals.
- Resolve Sales Order / Work Order issues.

- Communicate production delays/holds to Sales/Customer Service.
- File/scan completed Work Orders; process waivers promptly.
- Coordinate with shipping for order dispatch.
- Report Sales Order issues to management.
- Support department leads.
- Conduct inventory counts and adjustments.
- Complete duties as assigned by production/operations management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

Qualifications:
- Strong computer and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- NetSuite experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Relevant manufacturing or sales experience (3-4 years preferred).
- High School Diploma/GED.
