We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will perform the setup and operation of production machinery to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards. Working under moderate supervision, you will ensure all tasks are completed within specified timelines while maintaining high-quality service standards and strictly adhering to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Set up and operate specialized production equipment for printing, personalizing, and inserting customer cards.
Quality Assurance: Follow established quality service standards and safety expectations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Workflow Management: Ensure all mailing and production tasks are completed within designated timelines.
Risk Mitigation: Actively manage and escalate potential risks or customer-impacting issues to management in a timely manner.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols regarding sensitive customer materials.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Production Experience: Previous experience in a printing, mailing, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or equipment jams.
Safety Training: Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Qualifications:
Communication: Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and operate production-grade machinery and hardware.
Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
Adaptability: Capability to work under moderate supervision while maintaining consistent output.
Availability: Must be able to work the following schedule:
Monday ??? Friday: 7:00 AM ??? 2:30 PM
Saturdays: Ability to work rotating shifts (9:00 AM ??? 5:30 PM).
