Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Set up and operate production equipment to ensure the accurate printing and personalization of customer cards.
Mail Fulfillment: Oversee the automated insertion and preparation of mail pieces to ensure timely delivery.
Quality Control: Maintain high-quality service standards and strictly follow safety expectations and company procedures.
Risk Management: Actively monitor for, manage, and escalate any risks or issues that could impact customer satisfaction to management.
Workflow Maintenance: Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timelines to meet daily production goals.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Production Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, printing facility, or mailroom environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify mechanical hiccups or process errors and report them promptly.
Safety Consciousness: A proven track record of adhering to workplace safety guidelines and expectations.
