Responsibilities:
As a Production Helper, you will work directly with team members and supervisors to manage materials, load and unload fencing molds, operate lift carts, and complete material preparation tasks like bagging and steel prep. You will follow documented work instructions, conduct daily safety inspections, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and participate in shift handoffs and safety meetings. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, performing repetitive movements, standing for extended periods, and operating in a noisy, variable manufacturing environment while strictly adhering to safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
Strong willingness to learn machine operation and safety practices through hands-on training.
