Responsibilities:
-Surface Perfection: Perform final cleaning, deburring, and wiping down of manufactured parts prior to shipping.
-Quality Verification: Visually inspect finished components for surface defects, scratches, or cosmetic inconsistencies.
-Documentation: Log inspected parts and report any non-conforming items to the quality supervisor.
-Packaging Prep: Carefully prepare and stage approved parts for final packaging and shipment.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM

Skills:
While the foundational requirements include a high school diploma and physical dexterity, candidates with the following skills and experiences will stand out:

-Quality Control Experience: Prior background in a manufacturing quality assurance role, specifically focusing on visual inspection and cosmetic standards.
-Tool & Material Familiarity: Experience using manual deburring tools, industrial cleaning solvents, and delicate wiping materials without damaging finished surfaces.
-Documentation Proficiency: Basic computer literacy or experience with logging inventory, tracking inspected parts, and filling out non-conformance reports.
-Blueprint/Specification Reading: The ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing work instructions, part specifications, or visual quality standard guides.
-Effective Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to accurately relay information regarding product defects or cosmetic inconsistencies to the quality supervisor.
-Process Organization: Strong organizational habits for keeping the workstation clean, sorting conforming vs. non-conforming items, and staging products for the packaging team efficiently.

-Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
