Responsibilities:
Machine Operation

-Set up, calibrate, and operate designated production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting or minor adjustments to maintain workflow.
-Ensure all safety guards and protocols are strictly followed to maintain a "Safety First" environment.
General Labor & Warehousing
-Manage the flow of raw materials to the production line and transport finished goods to the shipping area.
-Perform manual loading/unloading, palletizing, and wrapping of products.
-Maintain an organized and clean workspace (5S standards) to optimize efficiency and prevent hazards.
Quality Control Inspection
-Conduct regular visual and manual inspections of parts and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
-Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) to ensure products meet technical specifications.
-Document inspection results and immediately report any quality trends or recurring issues to the Floor Lead.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
1+ years in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, or spec sheets.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
