Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Machine Operators in Wayne County. No previous machine operation experience is required; if you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn, training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load and unload machines throughout the production process
- Grind, finish, and inspect manufactured parts
- Prepare and move materials throughout the facility
- Monitor finished work for quality
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
What You'll Need
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED is required
