Summary
Join our team as a General Laborer focused on high-quality production. You will be responsible for packing our famous products into trays, cartons, and containers while ensuring only the best cookies make it to our customers.
Available Shifts: 3rd Shift (8-Hour) & Night Shift (12-Hour rotations)
Environment: Clean, organized, and smells like a bakery!
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Precision Packing: Place product into trays, bags, or cartons and load them into packaging machinery.
Quality Control: Visually inspect products before and after packing; sort and remove anything that doesn't meet our "gold standard."
Shift Excellence: Rotate through various line positions and accurately count product totals.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a pristine work area (sweeping, trash removal) and strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.s).
Communication: Immediately report any foreign materials to supervisors and coordinate effectively with your night-shift teammates.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.

Qualifications:
Read scale to check package weights.
Reaching with hands/arms throughout shift.
Ability to use hands and fingers.
Ability to see, hear and talk.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in light to moderate noise levels; hearing protection may be required.
Walk up to 400 yards to work and break areas.
Communicate in English to give and acknowledge instructions/problems.
Physical and mental ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
